Order Placements.
Once an item has been selected and placed in the shopping cart, the transaction may be completed at any time by following the instructions set out on the website.
Although all product photographs and descriptions have been created as an accurate representation of that product, there may be occasions where you (the customer) feel this is not the case. On the very rare occasion that this applies, you (the customer) may return the product according to our guidelines on returns and refunds.
Payment and Payment Security.
Your custom is highly valued by us and we therefore aim to provide a secure payment service that covers a wide range of credit and debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards provided the correct security details can be answered correctly, and the transaction will be protected by Your Secure Hosting Ltd.

In making an online purchase it is accepted that certain information will be collected, including both customer and transaction details

Delivery.
UK: Standard delivery to the UK is FREE on all orders (allow 3-5 working days). Next Day delivery to the UK is available at an additional cost of £7.50 per order (delivered next working day). If orders are placed after 4pm they will be sent the next working day. The Next Day delivery option varies at the weekend, orders placed on Friday and Saturdey will be delivered before 1pm on Monday, orders placed on Sunday will be delivered before 1pm on Tuesday. In order to deliver your purchase we will use either UPS or Royal Mail as our carrier.
International: At the checkout stage you will have the option to choose the country for delivery and you will be shown the shipping cost before you confirm your order. This amount is an estimation and if the actual cost is higher we will contact you via email.
Returns and Exchanges.
In the event that goods are unsuitable or faulty upon receipt, they may be returned to us provided our criteria are met.

All unwanted or faulty goods must be returned:
- Unworn
- Within 28 days of dispatch
- With the correct labels and tags still attached
- In suitable packaging
Should these criteria be successfully met, funds will be reimbursed to the cardholder’s credit or debit card.
Goods posted by us will carry the requisite insurance, and we advise you (the customer) to cover any goods returned to us with the same. We will not hold any responsibility for goods being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit.
Should you receive goods that are faulty on initial inspection and wish to exchange them for a replacement, we will not charge a delivery fee.
Postage will not be refunded on items returned which are not faulty.
Certain items are not refundable, and this will be indicated on the item's details page and on the basket page.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (this includes international transactions to non-VAT-registered countries) and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
